Solvency Capital Requirement and Minimum Capital Requirement

Small insurance undertakings must at all times hold own funds at least equal to the Solvency Capital Requirement. The Solvency Capital Requirement must be calculated in accordance with the statutory instrument issued under section 217, first sentence, point 1. One-third of the Solvency Capital Requirement is deemed to be the Minimum Capital Requirement.
