(1) At the start of the pension relationship, the pension fund must make available to the prospective beneficiary the following information: 1. the name, address, legal form, and registered office of the pension fund, 2. the contract terms, including the tariff provisions, insofar as they apply to the pension relationship, and the law applicable to the contract, 3. particulars of the term of the pension relationship, 4. general particulars of the tax rules applicable to the pension relationship, 5. the financial, actuarial, and other risks connected with the retirement provision scheme, and the nature and allocation of the risks, 6. general particulars of the extent to which the benefits, on the occurrence of the pension event, are subject to the obligation to contribute to statutory health and long-term care insurance.
(2) Where the prospective beneficiary was automatically enrolled in the retirement provision scheme, he or she also receives the following information: 1. the options available to him or her, including the investment options, 2. the material features of the retirement provision scheme, including the kind of benefits, 3. particulars of whether and to what extent the investment policy takes into account environmental, climate, social, and governance matters, 4. particulars of where further information is available.
