Opening of insolvency proceedings

By way of derogation from section 19(1) of the Insolvency Code, over-indebtedness is, at a cooperative, a ground for the opening of insolvency proceedings only where 1. the members are to make additional contributions up to a liability sum, and the over-indebtedness exceeds one-quarter of the total amount of the liability sums of all members, 2. the members are not obliged to make additional contributions, or 3. the cooperative is dissolved.
