Assignability of claims of the cooperative

(1) The insolvency administrator may assign the claims of the cooperative to outstanding payments on the share, to proportionate shortfalls under section 73(2), fourth sentence, and to additional contributions, with the authorisation of the insolvency court.
(2) The authorisation should be granted only after hearing the auditing association, and only where the claim is assigned to a cooperative central bank or to a body subject to audit by an auditing association.
