Conferral of the right of audit

(1) The application for conferral of the right of audit may be granted only where the association offers a guarantee for the performance of the duties it is to assume.
(2) The supervisory authority may make the conferral of the right of audit dependent on the fulfilment of requirements, and in particular on the association insuring itself against claims for damages arising from the auditing activity in a sufficient amount, or furnishing proof that other sufficient security has been provided.
