(1) The liquidators must make known their declaration of intent, and sign for the cooperative, in the form determined on their appointment. Where nothing is determined on this, the declaration and signature must be made by all liquidators.
(2) The determination is to be applied for, together with the appointment of the liquidators, for registration in the register of cooperatives.
(3) The liquidators sign for the cooperative by adding to the firm name an addition indicating the liquidation, and their signature.
