Date for declaration

(1) At the date, the management board and the supervisory board of the cooperative, as well as the insolvency administrator and the creditors' committee, and, insofar as objections are raised, the other parties concerned, are to be heard.
(2) The court decides on the objections raised, corrects the calculation insofar as required or orders the correction, and declares the calculation enforceable. The decision is to be pronounced at the date, or at a date to be fixed immediately, which should not be set beyond one week. The calculation, together with the decision declaring it enforceable, is to be deposited at the registry for inspection by the parties concerned.
(3) No appeal lies against the decision.
