Application by liquidators

(1) The first liquidators, and their power of representation, must be applied for by the management board, and every change of the persons of the liquidators and every change of their power of representation must be applied for by the liquidators, for registration in the register of cooperatives. A copy of the instruments concerning the appointment or removal, and the power of representation, is to be attached to the application.
(2) The registration of the judicial appointment or removal of liquidators takes place on the court's own motion.
