Where, under the statutes, membership is tied to domicile within a particular district, a member who gives up its domicile in that district may give notice of withdrawal from its membership without observing a notice period, for the close of the business year; the notice of withdrawal requires text form; the statutes may prescribe written form for the notice of withdrawal. A certificate of an authority is to be submitted concerning the giving up of the domicile.
