(1) Where the nullity of a cooperative is entered in the register of cooperatives, the provisions applicable in the case of dissolution apply correspondingly for the purpose of winding up its affairs.
(2) The effectiveness of legal transactions undertaken with third parties in the name of the cooperative is not affected by the nullity.
(3) Insofar as the members have assumed liability for the obligations of the cooperative, they are obliged to make the payments required to satisfy the creditors in accordance with the provisions of Division 7.
