Section 29

Publicity of the register of cooperatives

(1) For as long as an alteration of the management board, or of the power of representation of a member of the management board, has not been entered and published in the register of cooperatives, it cannot be relied on by the cooperative against a third party, unless it was known to that party.
(2) Where the alteration has been entered and published, a third party must accept it as against himself or herself. This does not apply to legal acts undertaken within fifteen days after the publication, provided the third party proves that he or she neither knew of the alteration nor was obliged to know of it.
(3) Where the alteration is incorrectly entered, a third party may rely on the entry of the alteration, unless he or she knew of the incorrectness.
(4) (repealed)
