Participation with further shares

(1) Participation with further shares requires an unconditional declaration of accession in text form; the statutes may in this case prescribe written form for the declaration of accession. Section 15a applies correspondingly to its content.
(2) Participation with further shares may not be permitted, except in the case of mandatory participation, before all shares of the member, apart from the one most recently newly subscribed, have been paid up in full.
(3) Participation with further shares becomes effective with the declaration of accession under subsection (1) and admission by the cooperative. Section 15(2) applies correspondingly.
