Obligation of withdrawn members to contribute

(1) The insolvency administrator must prepare, without delay, a calculation of the obligation of withdrawn members to contribute.
(2) In the calculation, the withdrawn members are to be named individually and the contributions distributed among them, insofar as the inability of individuals to make contributions is not to be foreseen.
(3) In other respects, the provisions in section 106(3), sections 107 to 109, 111 to 113 and 115 apply correspondingly.
