Collection and refund of additional contributions

(1) The provisions of sections 115b, 115c do not affect the collection of the additional contributions from the members remaining in the cooperative.
(2) Out of the additional contributions of the remaining members, the contributions made by the withdrawn members are to be refunded to them as soon as the insolvency creditors named in section 105(1) are fully satisfied or secured.
