(1) Where the cooperative has fewer than three members, the registry court must, on application of the management board, and, where the application is not made within six months, on its own motion after hearing the management board, pronounce the dissolution of the cooperative. In determining the minimum number of members under the first sentence, investing members are disregarded.
(2) The judicial decision is to be served on the cooperative. Immediate appeal under the Code of Civil Procedure lies against the decision for the cooperative. On the decision becoming final, the cooperative is dissolved.
