Continuance of membership on dissolution of the cooperative

Where the cooperative is dissolved within six months after the termination of membership of a member, the termination of membership is deemed not to have occurred. Where the continuation of the cooperative is resolved, the termination of membership is deemed to have occurred at the close of the business year in which the resolution on the continuation of the cooperative is entered in the register of cooperatives.
