Transitional provision on the Act for the Equal Participation of Women and Men in Leadership Positions in the Private Sector and in the Public Service

The determinations under section 9(3), first and third sentences and (4), first and third sentences, in the version in force on 1 May 2015, must be made for the first time at the latest by 30 September 2015. The period to be fixed for the first time under section 9(3), third sentence and (4), third sentence, in the version in force on 1 May 2015, may not run longer than until 30 June 2017.
