Judicial declaration on the advance-contribution calculation

(1) For a declaration on the calculation, the court fixes a date, which may not be set beyond two weeks. The date is to be publicly announced; the members named in the calculation are to be specially summoned.
(2) The calculation is to be deposited at the registry for inspection by the parties concerned at the latest three days before the date. This must be pointed out in the announcement and the summonses.
