Incompatibility of offices

(1) The members of the supervisory board may not at the same time be members of the management board, permanent deputies of members of the management board, holders of a commercial power of attorney, or holders of a power of attorney authorised to conduct the entire business of the cooperative. The supervisory board may appoint individual of its members, for a period limited in advance, as deputies for prevented members of the management board; during that period, and until discharge is granted as a deputy member of the management board, that member may not exercise his or her activity as a member of the supervisory board.
(2) Where members withdraw from the management board, they may not be elected to the supervisory board before discharge has been granted.
