Convening the general meeting

(1) The general meeting is convened by the management board, insofar as other persons are not also entitled to do so under the statutes or this Act.
(2) A general meeting must be convened, apart from in the cases expressly determined in the statutes or this Act, where this appears required in the interest of the cooperative.
