Legal relationships during the liquidation stage

(1) Until the completion of the liquidation, sections 17 to 51 continue to apply, notwithstanding the dissolution of the cooperative, in respect of the legal relationships of the cooperative and its members, insofar as nothing else results from the provisions of this Division and from the nature of the liquidation.
(2) The venue that the cooperative had at the time of its dissolution continues until the distribution of the assets has been completed.
