(1) The statutes may determine a minimum capital of the cooperative, which may not be undercut through the payment of the settlement credit of members who have withdrawn or have given notice on individual shares.
(2) Where the statutes determine a minimum capital, payment of the settlement credit is suspended for as long as the payment would cause the minimum capital to be undercut. The statutes govern the particulars.
