Transitional provision on the Audit Reform Act

Section 36(4) and section 38(1a), third sentence, each in the version of the Audit Reform Act of 10 May 2016 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1142), need not be applied for as long as all members of the supervisory board and the audit committee were appointed before 17 June 2016.
