Dissolution on insolvency

The cooperative is dissolved 1. on the decision refusing the opening of insolvency proceedings for lack of assets becoming final, 2. by deletion for lack of assets under section 394 of the Act on the Procedure in Family Matters and in Matters of Non-Contentious Jurisdiction.
