Transitional provision on the Act on the Further Implementation of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive with regard to a Uniform Electronic Format for Annual Financial Reports

Section 53, in the version in force from 19 August 2020, is to be applied for the first time to annual financial statements and management reports for the business year beginning after 31 December 2019.
