Inspection of the list of members

(1) The list of members may be inspected at the cooperative by every member, and by a third party who demonstrates a legitimate interest. Copies from the list of members concerning the entries relating to a member are to be given to that member on demand.
(2) The third party may store and use the data transmitted only for the purpose for which they are transmitted to it; storage and use for other purposes is permissible only insofar as the data could also have been transmitted for those purposes. Where the recipient is a non-public body, the cooperative must draw its attention to this; storage and use for other purposes requires, in that case, the consent of the cooperative.
