Collection of the advance contributions

(1) After the calculation has been declared enforceable, the insolvency administrator must collect the contributions from the members without delay.
(2) Execution against a member takes place in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure, on the basis of an enforceable exemplification of the decision and an extract from the calculation.
(3) For the actions to be brought in the cases of sections 731, 767, 768 of the Code of Civil Procedure, exclusive competence lies with the local court at which the insolvency proceedings are pending, and, where the subject matter of the dispute does not fall within the competence of the local courts, the regional court to whose district the insolvency court belongs.
