Commercial power of attorney; power of attorney

(1) The cooperative may grant a commercial power of attorney in accordance with sections 48 to 53 of the Commercial Code. The registration in the commercial register is replaced by the registration in the register of cooperatives. Section 29 applies correspondingly.
(2) The cooperative may also grant a power of attorney for the conduct of business. Section 54 of the Commercial Code applies.
