Particulars on business letters

(1) On all business letters, in whatever form, that are addressed to a particular recipient, the legal form and seat of the cooperative, the registry court of the seat of the cooperative and the number under which the cooperative is entered in the register of cooperatives, as well as all members of the management board and, where the supervisory board has a chairperson, that chairperson, must be stated with family name and at least one first name written out in full.
(2) The particulars under subsection (1) are not required for communications or reports made within the framework of an existing business relationship and for which forms are customarily used in which only the particular details required in the individual case need be inserted.
(3) Order forms are deemed business letters within the meaning of subsection (1). Subsection (2) does not apply to them.
