The declaration of accession must contain the member's express undertaking to make the payments on the share owed under statute and the statutes. Where the statutes determine that the members are to make additional contributions to the insolvency estate, without limit or limited to a liability sum, the declaration of accession must further contain the express undertaking to pay the additional contributions required to satisfy the creditors, without limit or up to the liability sum determined in the statutes. Where the statutes determine further payment obligations or a notice period of more than one year, this must be expressly acknowledged in the declaration of accession. In an electronically pre-prepared declaration of accession, an undertaking under the second sentence and the circumstances named in the third sentence must be visually highlighted.
