Establishment of a branch office

(1) The establishment of a branch office is to be applied for by the management board, for registration in the register of cooperatives, at the court of the seat of the cooperative, stating the place of the branch office and an addition, if such is attached to the firm name of the branch office. Subsequent changes of the facts concerning the branch office requiring registration are to be applied for in the same manner.
(2) The competent court enters the branch office on the register sheet of the seat, stating the place of the branch office and the addition, if such is attached to the firm name of the branch office, unless the branch office was manifestly not established.
(3) The foregoing provisions apply correspondingly to the discontinuance of a branch office.
