Dissolution or extinction of a legal person or partnership

Where a legal person or a partnership is dissolved or becomes extinct, membership ends at the close of the business year in which the dissolution or extinction became effective. In the case of universal succession, membership is continued by the universal successor until the close of the business year. The termination of membership is to be entered in the list of members without delay; the member or the universal successor is to be notified of this without delay.
