(1) The management board may resolve, with the consent of the supervisory board, or, where the cooperative has no supervisory board, with the consent of an authorised representative elected by the general meeting from its midst, that until 31 December 2029 1. a declaration of accession under section 15(1), first sentence or section 15b(1), first sentence, 2. a grant of a power of attorney under section 15(1), third sentence or section 43(5), 3. a declaration of notice of withdrawal under section 65(1), sections 67, 67a(2), under section 67b or section 118(2), first sentence, are also permissible in text form, even where the statutes provide for written form. This does not apply where the statutes expressly exclude the effectiveness of text form.
(2) The management board may resolve, with the consent of the supervisory board, or, where the cooperative has no supervisory board, with the consent of an authorised representative elected by the general meeting from its midst, that until 31 December 2029 a written agreement is required for the transfer of the credit balance under section 76(1), first sentence, insofar as the statutes do not provide for text form. Further conditions under section 76(2) remain unaffected.
