Registration of the dissolution

(1) The dissolution of the cooperative is to be entered by the court in the register of cooperatives without delay.
(2) It must be published by the liquidators in the gazettes designated for the cooperative's publications. By the publication, the creditors are at the same time to be called upon to apply to the cooperative.
(3) In the case of deletion of the cooperative for lack of assets, subsections (1) and (2) do not apply.
