Division of the share

(1) The share may be divided into several shares. The division, and a corresponding reduction of the payments, are not deemed a reduction of the share or the payments.
(2) On registration of the resolution on the division of the share, the members are participating with the number of shares resulting from the division. Section 15b(3) does not apply. The list of members is to be corrected without delay.
