(1) Where the association becomes convinced that the deliberation and possible resolution on the audit report is being unduly delayed, or that the general meeting was inadequately informed, in its deliberation and possible resolution, of material findings or objections of the audit report, it is entitled to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the cooperative at its cost, and to determine on which matters deliberation and resolution is to take place for the purpose of remedying the defects found.
(2) At the general meeting convened by the association, a person determined by the association presides.
