Change of auditing association

(1) Where a cooperative leaves the association, the association must notify the registry court without delay. The registry court must fix a period within which the cooperative is to acquire membership of an association. Articles 16 and 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 do not apply.
(2) Where the cooperative does not demonstrate to the registry court, within the period fixed, that it has acquired membership, the registry court must, on its own motion, after hearing the management board, pronounce the dissolution of the cooperative. Section 80(2) applies.
