Section 102

Registration of the opening of insolvency proceedings

The opening of insolvency proceedings is to be entered in the register of cooperatives on the court's own motion. The same applies to 1. the setting aside of the opening decision, 2. the appointment of a provisional insolvency administrator, where the debtor is additionally made subject to a general prohibition of disposition, or it is ordered that dispositions of the debtor are effective only with the consent of the provisional insolvency administrator, and the setting aside of such a protective measure, 3. the ordering of self-administration by the debtor and its setting aside, and the ordering that particular legal transactions of the debtor require consent, 4. the stay and the setting aside of the proceedings, and 5. the supervision of the fulfilment of an insolvency plan and the setting aside of the supervision.
