(1) Essential within the meaning of section 94 are deemed the provisions of the statutes designated in sections 6, 7 and 119, with the exception of those on the recording of the resolutions of the general meeting and the chairing of it.
(2) A defect concerning an essential provision of the statutes as defined above may be cured by a resolution of the general meeting corresponding to the provisions of this Act on alterations of the statutes.
(3) Where the defect relates to the provisions on the form of convening, the general meeting is convened by publication in the Federal Gazette.
(4) Where, at a cooperative at which the members are to make additional contributions to the insolvency estate limited to a liability sum, the defect concerns the provisions on the liability sum, the total amount of the liability assumed by the individual members may not be reduced by the provisions resolved to cure the defect.
