Exclusion of notice of withdrawal at housing cooperatives

(1) Notice of withdrawal from membership in a housing cooperative by the creditor (section 66) or the insolvency administrator (section 66a) is excluded where
1. membership is a condition for the use of the member's dwelling, and
2. the member's credit balance amounts to at most four times the usage charge apportioned to one month, excluding operating costs shown as a flat rate or advance payment, or to at most EUR 2,000.
(2) Where the member's credit balance exceeds the amount under subsection (1), number 2, notice of withdrawal from membership under subsection (1) is also excluded where it can be reduced, by notice of withdrawal on individual shares under section 67b, to an amount permissible under subsection (1), number 2.
