Section 94

(1) The commercial broker is to supply, unless released therefrom by the parties or by local custom given the kind of goods involved, each party, without undue delay following the conclusion of the transaction, with a contract note signed by the commercial broker, stating the parties, the subject-matter and terms of the transaction, and, particularly in the case of sales of goods or securities, the kind/class and quantity thereof, as well as the price and time of delivery.

(2) In the case of transactions that are not to be performed immediately, the contract note is to be forwarded to the parties for their signature and each party is to be sent the contract note signed by the other party.

(3) If one party refuses to accept or sign the contract note, then the commercial broker is to notify the other party thereof without undue delay.
