Whoever is employed in a commercial business for the performance of commercial services in return for remuneration (commercial employee) is to perform, unless special agreements have been made as concerns the nature and extent of their services or to the remuneration they are entitled to receive, such services as are in accordance with local custom and is entitled to remuneration in accordance with local custom. In the absence of local custom, such performances as are reasonable in the circumstances are deemed to have been agreed upon.
