(1) The documents to be submitted to the Commercial Register, as well as the content of an entry, additionally may be transmitted in any official language of a Member State of the European Union. The translations are to be indicated in an appropriate manner. Section 9 applies accordingly.
(2) In the event of the original version differing from a submitted translation, the latter cannot be invoked against a third party; however such third party may rely on the submitted translation, unless the registered entity proves that the third party was aware of the original version.
