(1) The lien held by maritime lienors cover the ship’s accessories, excepting those items forming part of the ship’s accessories that did not become the property of the owner of the ship.
(2) The lien also cover any claim to compensation which the Reeder may have against a third party for loss of or physical damage to the ship. The same applies to the average to be disbursed for damages to the ship, assuming a general average is performed.
(3) The lien does not extend to cover any claims to benefits under an insurance policy taken out for the ship by the Reeder.
