(1) The provisions of section 1 do not apply to agricultural or forestry operations.
(2) Section 2 applies to agricultural or forestry enterprises that require a commercially organised business operation on account of their nature and size, subject to the proviso that, after registration in the Commercial Register, deletion of the business name is to be effected only pursuant to the general provisions which apply to the deletion of commercial business names.
(3) If an agricultural or forestry operation has a cognate enterprise constituting only a business ancillary to the agricultural or forestry enterprise, then the provisions of subsections (1) and (2) apply accordingly to the enterprise operated as an ancillary business.
