(1) Where a person is admitted as a partner into an existing commercial business, or a shareholder or partner either joins or leaves a commercial company or commercial partnership, the existing business name may continue to be used, notwithstanding such change, even if it includes the name of the former business owner or names of shareholders or partners.
(2) In the event of a partner or shareholder exiting the business whose name is included in the business name, the express consent of such partner or of their heirs will be required for continuation of the business name.
