(1) Unless otherwise required under the given circumstances or under customary standards, the shipper is responsible for loading and stowing the goods. The carrier’s responsibility for ensuring the seaworthiness of the ship loaded with the goods remains unaffected.
(2) The carrier is not authorised to reload the goods.
