(1) The owner of the commercial business is to apply for registration of the conferment of a general commercial power of representation in the Commercial Register. Where the general commercial power of representation has been conferred as a joint general commercial power of representation, an application for registration likewise must be filed.
(2) An application for registration of the extinction of the general commercial power of representation is to be filed in the same manner as regarding the conferment thereof.
