(1) If, by virtue of a final and binding, or enforceable decision of the court hearing the case, a duty to cooperate in the application for registration in the Commercial Register, or a legal relationship in respect of which a registration is to be effected, is established in respect of one of several persons required to participate in the application process, then it will suffice for registration to be effected to have the application filed by the other participants. If the decision on the basis of which the registration was effected is set aside, then this fact is to be entered in the Commercial Register upon application of one of the participants.
(2) If, by a final and binding, or enforceable decision of the court hearing the case, the effecting of a registration is declared inadmissible, then such registration cannot be effected contrary to the objections of the party who obtained the decision.
