(1) Legal transactions entered into by a merchant are considered, in cases of doubt, to be related to the operation of the merchant’s commercial business.
(2) Promissory notes signed by a merchant are considered to have been signed in the course of the operation of the merchant’s commercial business, unless the contrary is evident from the instrument.
